Unfortunately, many people, especially women of my generation, are shying away from pursuing things that may not be as familiar to them. You can get easily overwhelmed by all the new accelerating technology surrounding us. Yet, I already use technology in every facet of my life - sometimes, I don't even realize it anymore. It provides speed, connectivity, and efficiency and makes my life easier, especially considering my future.
I was initially skeptical when Simone reached out to me and asked if I wanted to be part of her second MatchlabN cohort. I was unsure if the Masterclass was a good fit for me, and somehow I felt intimidated because I’m not as digitally savvy as the younger generation. But then I reminded myself that we all have to be more open, take chances, get excited, and have fun. To live a fulfilled life, we must understand that we are in a never-ending process of constant change.

The program was easy to follow, even for people like myself who may not have had as much knowledge of technology.
Ultimately, I am so grateful that I overcame my doubts and fear and joined the community. Every woman I met through MatchlabN made me feel welcome. The structure of the program is user-friendly for every level of tech-savviness. In addition, the support team behind the scenes was always available; Simone and Jenna answered all my questions and went out of their way to help people like myself who may not have had as much knowledge of technology as others.
The fascinating part of the program was the framework, the research I learned, and the conversations and exercises that made the experience mind-blowing. Knowing about things, e.g., how fast everything is happening with artificial intelligence or other emerging technologies, was super interesting. I thought suddenly about my future, for example, about my avatar having an interview or being on stage at a conference while at home. It showed me that the opportunities are endless and that you can learn from these MatchlabN sessions and connect the dots to your business or personal life.
The collective intelligence of the community takes you to levels that you never thought would be possible for you to explore
I was impressed with the classroom's dynamic and high level of intelligence and stamina. In addition, the professional expertise that the members bring from all sorts of industries or different disciplines worldwide is a rich and diverse experience. So I highly recommend the program to any professional, and I can't think of anybody who will not benefit because it will always be an addition. And it would be something that will take you to levels that you never thought would be possible for you to explore.
